1) Electrical Fault⚠️

We enjoy electrical fault finding and as a matter of fact it is one of our most requested services by customers. On this occasion, as always, we tried to ascertain the cause of the issue over the telephone prior to attending the property and from what the customer told us we had assumed the worst.

When we arrived, we found that there was no power to the consumer unit (pictured) AT ALL and in fact the issue lay with the electric meter.

We did manage to get this sorted rather quickly and then ended up staying to fix another issue they had been having 😊

2) Emergency Electricians🆘

When you need an “EMERGENCY ELECTRICIAN NEAR ME” we are always happy to help. In fact, if you are between Liverpool and Wigan, we can attend to your issue for you as between our small team we cover this area.

Emergency electricians will specialise in finding faults, testing electrical installations, and repairing things that have gone wrong. A good emergency electrician will carry or store a great deal of spare parts from various consumer units along with sockets, switches, pull cords and other electrical accessories. This is because most of the emergency calls that come in are in the evening or on the weekend when electrical wholesalers are closed and we need to have the parts available there and then to fix the problem. It is no good desperately needing parts while the fridge and freezer defrost😞

3) How do I find a trustworthy electrician?🤝

These days the internet is our friend for this type of problem. A good electrician will have a prominent website full of helpful information, a presence on Google along with a lot of Google reviews to show happy customers that have had work done in the past. This will help you decide who to choose to come and tackle your electrical needs. They should respond quickly to your enquiry and be able to offer advice regarding your job.

A trustworthy electrician should have insurance and be registered with a trading body such as the NICEIC who offer a Platinum Promise Guarantee on the work carried out by their electricians.
